When looking at your yield maps, does your yield stay consistent across the entire field?  Of course not… so why apply fertilizer that way?  Is creating a variable rate prescription too time consuming and you want to get out there and spread as soon as possible?

Problem Solved!  All levels of VRAFY come with variable rate fertilizer prescriptions that are automatically generated as soon as 24 hours after you finish harvesting that field.  Using your yield data, the fertilizers needed to replace the nutrients removed by the crop are calculated, then prescriptions are automatically created and loaded into your John Deere Operations Center account.  Now you can download the prescriptions, send them to your equipment, or share them with your fertilizer applicator, regardless of the monitor brand in their equipment.

This 149 acre field grew a 217bu corn crop.  If you were to flat rate apply this field, you would need 146 pounds of MAP 11-52-0 to meet the phosphorus needs of the crop removed.  At $900/ton this would cost you $9,877
