Overview

This guide provides a straightforward approach to using the MyTransfer app to download prescriptions. Following the steps outlined, users can quickly navigate the mobile app and efficiently transfer their prescriptions to the desired display from just about anywhere.

Process

Download the app using the links below. Then select the app to open.
Apple App Store: Apple iOS devices

Google Play Store: Android Devices

Under “Start a New Transfer”, chose 'To Display'

Select Continue. (You can select the checkbox to not see this page again)

Select the display that you need to import the prescription into.

Select Next

Now select this button to view your files on Operations Center.
A new tab will open, and you will need to log in to your Operations Center account.

Select the prescriptions you would like to download.

Press Confirm.

Next, select the prescriptions that you want to transfer now.
These prescriptions are noted by the yellow background and the green checkmark.
