Pro700 and Intelliview 4 Successfully Collecting the Data:

Pro700 and Intelliview 4

These monitors have a USB plug in on the Right hand side of the monitor.  They do not have much internal storage, so all of the field data is saved to this USB while you are recording work in the field.

 

Successfully Collecting the Data:

  1. Do not power up the machine!  The data stores to the USB upon shut-down so the most recent data files will already be on the USB, there is no need to export data from the monitor to the USB.
  2. Remove the USB from the side of the display.
  3. Plug in your USB to your computer.  This will let you view the files on your computer.
  4. Depending on your setup, you may have all of these folder types on your USB, or you may only have a couple of them.

 

  1. You can now zip up the .cn1 folder and move it into a Zipped Folder.
  2. From here, to upload this into Operations Center, you can follow the step by step guide in the article below.
  3. You can also drop the file off in our Returning Users dropbox and our data team will take care of the rest for you.
