Your Team can be set up in Operations Center to allow you to share access to your Equipment, Organization, Location, and Work information. You are able to restrict these permissions to your Staff Members, Partners, and Equipment Dealers.
First Navigate to your team settings by clicking Setup, then Team on the dropdown menu.

You can easily add a Team member by pressing the Green + Add button in the Top Right corner of your page.
From here, you'll be able to select what type of team member this is.

- Staff Member is a member of your organization. (Farm hand, Farm Partner, etc.)
- Operator (Machine Operator, can be added to a Staff Member account)
- Partner Organization (Ag Retailer, custom applicator, VRAFY)
- Dealer (Your John Deere Dealer, you can have multiple selected.)
The Next pop-out menu asks if you want to Grant or Receive access to the partner's account and the email account you would like to send the invite to.
If you Grant Access, the partner will be able to see your data. If you Receive Access, the partner will be granting you access to see their data.

Permissions Levels:
Request permissions levels correlating with your desired value. The lowest level (1) will typically let the partner see data, while the highest level (2 or 3) will allow the partner to make changes to what data is visible

Minimum VRAFY Partnership Requirements:
Equipment: 1 - This is so customer will have the ability to send prescriptions straight to a machine within our prescription building tools.
Organization: 1 + Connected Software Checkbox - This is needed so that we can connect the customers account with our software.
Locations: 3 - We need full permissions on Locations so that we are able to add layers into the customer's Field Analyzer page.
Work: 2 - For customers using Work Planner by John Deere, you will need to grant level 2 permission so we can generate work plans using our prescription building tool. If you do not use Work Planner, we do not need any Work permissions.
Financial: 0 - We do not require any Financial level permissions.
Accepting a Partnership Request or Staff Invitation:
When either a Partnership Request or a Staff Invite are sent, the email address provided on the invite will receive an email from John Deere notifying them of the request. This email will contain a link for that person to follow.
Whatever Operations Center account is logged in on the browser will accept the invite for that account.
